A US software company, by design
J7Soft, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Delaware on August 18, 2025 through Stripe Atlas. EIN 32-0825331. Our registered office is in Dover, Delaware — the corporate seat from which we contract, hire, and ship.
We chose Delaware deliberately. It is the legal home of the modern US technology company — the jurisdiction that international clients, US investors, and our own future hires expect to see at the top of a contract. The legal foundation matches the product ambition: build software that works for the global market, from a company structured for it.

The thesis
Why 13 products in parallel
Most early-stage companies build one product. J7Soft is building thirteen — voice-first personal finance, an inclusive payment wallet, a school management platform, an on-demand workforce marketplace, an AI music tool, and more. They look unrelated. They are not.
Every product we ship hardens the same shared infrastructure: design system, deployment pipeline, observability, growth tooling, payment plumbing, bilingual content model. Each new product is cheaper to launch than the one before. Each launch teaches us something the next one inherits.
The services business funds the build. The products compound the IP. The portfolio is the moat.
