This Privacy Policy explains what information J7Soft, Inc. ("J7Soft", "we", "us") collects when you interact with this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Who we are

J7Soft, Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation, registered at 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 39407, Dover, DE 19904, USA. EIN 32-0825331. J7Soft is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum amount of data required to operate the website and respond to your requests.

• Contact form. Name, email, optional phone, optional company, project context (type, scope, budget, timing, message), locale, and any UTM or referrer values associated with your visit.
• Waitlist / Notify Me. Email, optional phone, the product(s) you opted into, locale, and the page that captured the entry.
• Analytics. Aggregate, cookieless page-view metrics via Plausible Analytics (no individual visitor profiles, no cross-site tracking, no cookies).

3. How we use it

We use this data to respond to your inquiries, send you the waitlist confirmation and product launch updates you asked for, run aggregate analytics on the website itself, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We never sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Third parties (data processors)

We share data only with the service providers required to operate this website. Each processor receives only the data needed for its role.

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting, Storage). Hosts the website and stores contact and waitlist entries. Data is stored in the us-central1 region.
• Resend. Sends transactional and confirmation emails (waitlist double opt-in, contact replies).
• Plausible Analytics. Aggregate, cookieless website analytics. Plausible does not set cookies and does not track individual users.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy of it, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EU/UK residents, your national data protection authority; for California residents, the California Privacy Protection Agency). To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@j7soft.com.

6. Retention

Contact form leads are retained for up to 5 years to support our sales cycle and any subsequent contract relationship. Waitlist entries are retained until 6 months after the relevant product launches publicly, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Aggregate analytics data has no individual retention because it is not tied to identifiers.

7. International transfers

J7Soft is a US company. Personal data collected through this website is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the us-central1 (Iowa, USA) region. For visitors based in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with data-export rules, J7Soft relies on standard contractual clauses and Google Cloud's certified compliance posture for the international transfer.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, email privacy@j7soft.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
