These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the J7Soft website at j7soft.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe the products and services of J7Soft, Inc., to allow you to contact us, and to allow you to join product waitlists. You may not use the Site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape content at a rate that interferes with normal operation, to introduce malware, or to misrepresent your identity.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — the J7Soft and sub-product brand names, logos, product copy, written articles, photographs, graphics, code samples, and overall design — is owned by J7Soft, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use any of this content beyond personal, non-commercial browsing. The open-source components used to build the Site are governed by their respective licenses.

4. Waitlist and contact submissions

When you submit a contact form or join a product waitlist, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee a response to every contact form submission, and joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to the product at launch or any particular pricing.

5. Disclaimers — no warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, J7Soft disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on information on the Site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J7Soft, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. J7Soft's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J7Soft, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damages, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be flagged on the Site, and your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
