The challenge

Most fintech UX assumes a bank account behind the wallet. Ghinko's customer base often doesn't have one. Every flow — KYC, top-up, withdrawal — had to be redesigned around mobile money and cash.

Our solution

A mobile-first wallet with mobile-money rails, cash-in points, and a simplified KYC flow tuned for low-document customers.
