Why we incorporated J7Soft in Delaware
A short note on the legal and structural reasoning behind a Delaware C-Corp for a product-portfolio company.
Why a software studio with 13 products in build is a defensible long-term bet — and what it takes to operate one.

Conventional startup wisdom says: focus on one product. We're going against that — deliberately.
Thirteen products sharing one team, one stack, and one design system create compounding learning. Every time we solve mobile-money checkout for J7Pay, we ship that solution to J7Market the same week. Every time we solve bilingual content for J7Camer, J7Recipes benefits. The 13th product takes a fraction of the effort the 1st did.
It doesn't mean we ship all 13 at once. J7Budget launches first; the rest follow on a measured cadence. The portfolio is a multi-year bet, not a one-quarter announcement.
